提前计划

Each night, there needs to be a moment where you review what will be happening the next day.

每天晚上花点时间想想明天要做什么。

If you have somewhere to be at 8:30am, plan accordingly.

如果要在八点半到达某地，就调节好自己的计划。

Set your alarm to wake up earlier. Plan your route to avoid as much of the morning traffic rush as possible.

把闹钟的时间设置得提前一点，计划好路线，尽可能避免早高峰。

It will only take a couple of minutes to refer to your schedule, but will save you tons of time the next day.

虽然这会花掉你几分钟时间，但会为明天节约大量时间。
