physical training 体育锻炼
与physical exercises意思相近。广义上的“体育”是：physical education。例如：promote physical education 发展体育运动。

track是“跑道”，也可指体育中的径赛运动，如：track events 径赛 / field events 田赛 / track and field 田径运动 / high jump 跳高 / long jump 跳远

After that we'll break into small groups.
break into small groups 分成小组
break的意思是“分开”，是不及物动词。如果说“把他们分成两个小组”，动词一般用divide，例如：divide them into two groups
break的其它用法有：
1）作及物动词：
He fell off the stairs and broke his leg. 他从楼梯上摔下来，摔断了一条腿。
She broke the appointment. 她没有践约。
He broke the record for the high jump. 他打破了跳高纪录。
Nobody would break the silence. 谁也不愿意打破沉默。
Can you break this $20 bill? 你能不能兑开这张20美元的钞票？
2）作不及物动词：
Glass breaks easily. 玻璃很容易碎。
A storm broke. 一场暴风雨突然大作起来。
Her heart broke. 她伤心极了。
The bank broke. 银行破产倒闭了。
3）break 还可和一些副词构成固定的动词短语。

We can either play basketball or volleyball.
either ... or ... 或者……，或者……
either和or后面所连接的成份在句法作用上是相同的，此句中or后面本应加play，但省略了，这是口语中的现象。
He is either drunk or mad. 他不是醉了，就是疯了。
Either come in or go out. 要么进来，要么出去。
Either he or you are wrong. 不是他错了，就是你错了。
