You will need:
fresh ginger root
Method
Chop the ginger into pieces, then juice them in your juicer. If any pieces get stuck, turn the machine off, release the pieces, then continue juicing.
You can use this juice for cooking, or you can add it to another juice such as orange juice or apple and carrot juice.
The juice can be kept in a bottle for about a week, or frozen until needed.
