During this morning's press conference, the Chinese Minister of Commerce, Gao Hucheng, also talked about the possibility of the individual visit scheme to the Hong Kong SAR being tightened, and how this will effect commercial exchanges between the Hong Kong SAR and the Chinese mainland.
