说了这么半天食物,但愿没引出大家的馋虫
There are lots of other interesting things to cover eat
还有很多有趣的事情也与吃有关
When we're talking about things that people have done in the past
谈论过去所做的事情时
we use the past tense of the verb to be 'was' and 'were'
我们通常会使用be动词的过去时态
with 'I', 'he', 'she'
即was和were
and 'it', we use 'was' or 'wasn't'
主语为我,他,她 或它时,用was或wasn't
I was there. He wasn't at home
例如:I was there. He wasn't at home
With 'we', 'you' and 'they', we use 'were' or 'weren't'
主语为我们,你们或他们时,用were或weren't
They were out
他们在(were)外面
You weren't at home
你们不在(weren't) 家
Let's put these words to practice in the following dialogue
让我们看看这些词在下面对话中的使用
It wasn't my fault that we lost
我们输了不是我的错
You weren't any good!
你真是一点用都没有!
You spent so much time on the ground that I thought you were dead
你在地上待了那么长时间,我还以为你死了呢
I wasn't dead! I'm a hundred and five
我没有死!我是105号
I fell asleep
我只是睡着了
Ah, I fell asleep
呃,我怎么又睡着了

Here's the scene again
我们再看一遍
Pay particular attention to the use of 'was', 'wasn't'
请大家特别注意was和wasn't
'were' and 'weren't'
were和weren't的使用
Now we will focus on regular and irregular verbs
现在我们重点学习一般过去时中
in the past simple tense.
规则动词和不规则动词的用法
If a verb is regular
如果某个动词是规则动词
the past simple ends in 'ed'
那么,该动词的过去式就是以ed结尾
Verbs ending in an 'e', add a 'd'
以e结尾的动词,直接加d
and verbs ending in 'y' change to 'ied'
以y结尾的动词变为ied
For example, 'love' becomes 'loved', 'like' becomes 'liked'
例如 love变为loved like变为liked
and 'cry' becomes 'cried'
cry变为cried
Now that, in the past simple
从前面的例子我们可以看出
does not end in 'ed', the verb is irregular
过去式不以ed结尾的动词就是不规则动词
For example, 'see' becomes 'saw', 'break' becomes 'broke'
例如 see变为saw break变为broke
and 'write' becomes 'wrote'
write变为wrote
See if you can identify
下面这段对话中
the regular and irregular verbs
大家能否区分其中的
in the following dialogue
规则动词和不规则动词呢?
