I don't see that I marked it particular, particularly that they made the point

that Wart was naturally skilled and relaxed

And so they seem to make the point repeatedly

that Kay is this class conscious idiot

who really doesn't have deeper values

And so even though he is the proper son,

the one destined to become a knight,

it is really Arthur whom we see all these things

and with his whole - whole deal with Colie,

the hawk, that Arthur doesn't wanna take it,

he doesn't, think it;s gets fair and then after,

it escapes

He is concerned with the hawk the hawk keeper will feel

and Kay's response is, you know,

"The guy's a peasant," or he doesn't call him peasant

He is a villain, you know, who cares, and so he stomps off

and goes home,

whereas Arthur stays and perseveres

And he also has some feeling or sense for these things

So Arthur's the one that's,

that we are attracted to in a largeness,

even if we knew nothing of this material

I keep writing notes on the side of my pages,

you know, they keep making the point that Kay is stupid

He is arrogant

Just not somebody and this is,

this is a very consistent view in Arthurian materials

Kay is never anyone you want to be

We go over to page sixteen, one thing that I try to be good about

Maybe it's because students, when students out of hundred will ask you

and you'll look stupid and so I try to look things up ahead of time

so I can say "I look that up cause I wonder too "

But I find words curious a lot of times we use words

and we use words incorrectly

Words are important, their important to being as specific as we can be

Words can also can also have the function whether intentionally

and unintentionally of intimidating people

I've found sometimes I said something, and its comeback that people shut-up
