Syrian Opposition arrives in Geneva
叙利亚反对派抵日内瓦 准备出席新一轮和谈
The main Syrian opposition group has arrived in Geneva, a day after backing down from their threat to boycott the UN-sponsored peace talks.
代表叙利亚主要反对派的“谈判最高委员会”最终抵达日内瓦。
A spokesman for the High Negotiations Committee said that the group was eager to successfully conclude the peace talks, but added their participation depended on whether all their demands are met.These include lifting the siege imposed on rebel-held areas, ending bombardments, and releasing prisoners.
“谈判最高委员会”发言人表示准备开启谈判。但这位发言人也强调虽然做好了准备，但是“谈判最高委员会”需要在停止轰炸、解除封锁、以及履行安理会2254号决议方面看到各方的诚意。
More than 250,000 people have died in almost five years of war in Syria, and 11 million have fled their homes.

The delegation is due to meet UN envoy, Staffan de Mistura on Sunday.
