The first thing we're going to cook is a curry of mutton.
首先要煮绵羊肉咖喱
So, originally it would be curried goat. Yes.Although you still get it with curried goat, you're using mutton.
原本应该是用山羊肉 但是现在改用绵羊肉了
When I used to go out with all the different little groups of children and I says "curried goat", their little faces and they says, "It's a pet."
以前我经常和孩子们在一起，当我告诉他们是山羊肉咖喱时，他们会说，这是宠物不能吃
So I said, "Oh, my God. I better use mutton."

So this is mutton, they all says...

Mutton is a much under appreciated meat,but because it's hung for at least two weeks,it's juicier and more flavoursome than the more expensive lamb.
