The International Olympic Committee has decided not to ban Russian athletes completely from the Olympic Games in Rio.
Instead, the IOC is letting global federations decide which athletes will be allowed at the games.
A state-run doping program was discovered by The World Anti-Doping Agency which revealed at least 312 positive tests among Russian athletes.
Some of the federations have close ties to Russia and have called the ban a political, Western-led campaign.
Track and field athletes from Russia have already been banned.
