Hi lovely people, today I'm gonna make Spaghetti with meatballs.
亲爱的朋友们，今天我要教大家制作肉丸意大利面。
This is one of the dish my father used to make.
这是我爸爸曾经做过的一道菜。
What a memory! Never forget it! It was the flavour of the parmesan and the garlic inside.
真是勾起了我太多的回忆！永远忘不了！帕玛森奶酪和蒜蓉的清香味。
I used to fried all these lovely meatballs.
我以前总会炸一些肉丸。
So I have here 250 grams of pork and 250 grams of beef.
先准备250克猪肉和250克牛肉。
Spread them all round. Tablespoon of olive oil, a little salt, black pepper.
搅拌均匀，再加一勺橄榄油，放一些盐和黑胡椒。
All this memory, it almost feels as if my father is beside me.
太多记忆了，我真的感到我爸爸就在我身边。
My hands are directed the way he used to do it.
我正在模仿他的制作方法。
One egg to bind everything together.
往肉里面加一个鸡蛋，让它们黏合在一起。
Fresh breadcrumbs, handful of parsley, three cloves of garlic, chopped quite fine.
再加上一些新鲜的面包屑，一些西芹，将三瓣蒜切好放入。
Make sure you got lovely cheese, three tablespoons. Parmesan is the king.
之后放入三勺奶酪，现在就靠帕玛森奶酪了。
Now where the masterchef comes along, start to mix. This is another memory of my father.
大厨驾到，现在开始制作肉丸，这又让我想起了父亲。
He used to make me do that and he used to always say to me, ah yours is better than mine.
他常常让我制作肉丸，然后他总会说哦你看，你的比我的好。
My father used to say not to make it bigger than that.
我爸爸常说肉丸要和这个差不多大，不能太大。
Because if you make bigger than that, you can't really grasp the spaghetti as well while you eating.
如果肉丸过大，食用意大利面时的口感就会大打折扣。
Put some flour on it. And they're all perfect round.
放一些面粉上去，圆圆滚滚的肉球。
I need to fry, so olive oil, lets get in with the meatball.
开始上锅炸，放一些橄榄油，放入肉丸。
Give them a quick stir. Let me wash my hands.
快速搅拌，我来洗个手。
Turn down the temperature a little bit because it cooks too fast.
开小火，否则肉球会很快熟透。
So good to work on this Hotpoint cooker because it can control the gas the way you like.
“Hotpoint”炉灶太棒了，你能随意掌控温度。
It is a joy. The meatball they are ready.
太美妙了。肉球大功告成。
My father used to spoon the meatball and he always used to make extra,
父亲常常用勺将肉球盛出来，他常会制作多余的肉丸，
so he used to come along and then used to get this lovely meatball, look at that, look at that.
之后拿起肉丸尝一口，快看快看。
Oh my God. He was the king of making meatballs and he used to say to me, do you like it?
老天，太好吃了。我父亲是制作肉丸的能手，他常问我说你喜欢吗？
Yes I do like it. Yes, it's memory. I got this feeling. Anyway.
我非常喜欢，这又让我想到他...我感受到了。
Yes, lovely sauce, I need to put the meatball inside.
美味的酱汁，将肉球放入酱汁。
Cover, turn that just a little bit more and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
盖上盖子，将火稍微调大，焖煮10分钟。
Yes, fresh spaghetti, what a joy. Hello Papa! Spread inside, yes, oh yes!
新鲜的意大利面，美味啊。你好吗父亲！将面和酱汁放在一起，天啊！
Parmesan, leaves of a basil, extra virgin oil. And this is spaghetti wheat meatballs.
之后再放入帕玛森奶酪，几片罗勒，少许橄榄油。新鲜的小麦肉丸意大利面就做好了。
