The next Sushi shop we are going to go to is a little bit different
我们要去的第三家店有点儿不一样
it's a standing sushi bar
这是一家站立式寿司吧
and in Japan standing while eating is a very common way to eat
在日本，站着吃东西是很常见的
there's other restaurants like standing and eating soba
有很多这种站立式餐厅，比如站立式荞麦面店
standing and eating curry, udon
站立式咖喱饭店，站立式乌冬面店等等
but it's a little bit smaller
但是这种店一般比较小
however it's a fast way to eat and just go and it's very interesting
但是这种即吃即走的方式很快捷，而且也挺好玩的
so the next Sushi shop we are at is this a hundred yen conveyor belt Sushi
我们来的下一家店就是这个100日元回转寿司店
and what's great about this place is the atmosphere
这个地方好在它独特的氛围
and everything is really fun
这里的一切都很好玩儿
You've got the Sushi coming to you on the conveyor belt
寿司通过运输带送到你的面前
and then you can order your Sushi from the touch screen panel
你可以通过面前的平板点单
All the sushi basically is around 100 yen, 108 including tax
所有的寿司基本都在100日元，含税的话是108日元左右
And you can also some basic ones from salmon tuna, shrimp
你可以点一些基本款的寿司，比如三文鱼寿司，金枪鱼寿司和虾寿司
And you can also order some fun ones like I did, the Sushi Donut
你也可以点一些好玩的寿司，比如我点的这个寿司甜甜圈
So the quality of the sushi and the fish compared to the previous might not be as good
这家店的寿司和鱼虽不如前几家的好
However the atmosphere is really fun
但这种氛围真的很好玩
It's a new way of experiencing a sushi in Japan
是日本吃寿司的一种新型体验
So there are many fun and high-tech comeyor belt Sushi shops in Japan
日本有很多好玩而且高科技的回转寿司店
However there are also more traditional ones as well, like this one behind me
但也有很多传统的回转寿司店，比如我身后的这家
The conveyor belt circles around the shop in the middle with the table surrounding it
这家店的传送带位于店中心，传送带周围是餐桌
However to order the sushi, you actually have to order it to the staff
但是要点寿司的话，你需要跟店员点，
or write it on a piece of paper
或是写在纸上
There is also an English menu with the standard sushi
这家店也有英文菜单，那上面都是一些比较常规的寿司
However on the wall there a special menu written in Japanese
但墙上有日语写的比较特别的菜单
and I recommend getting the Koborezushi
我推荐大家点"涌寿司"，
which has Salmon, tuna and tuna salad spilling out of the sushi
有三文鱼，金枪鱼和金枪鱼沙拉从寿司里涌出来
Also the dish color represents how much the dish is
此外，盘子的颜色也代表了寿司的价格
This is very cheap yet it has good quality fish conveyor belt sushi shop
这是一家非常便宜而且肉质优良的回转寿司店
All these shops were so good in their own ways
这些店都各有特色
