Banned Drinker Register Commences in Australia’s Northern Territory

A new ban went into effect in Australia’s Northern Territory on September 1, preventing residents with drinking problems from buying alcohol. The Banned Drinker Register started with 1,000 names but is expected to grow rapidly.
