Rachel Holt, one of the top executives for ride-sharing app Uber, admits that 'everything hasn't happened in the right way for the company in the past.'

While talking with CNBC Friday, Holt said that new CEO Dara Khosrowshahi differs from his predecessor, Travis Kalanick, in that he has "a humble approach."

She explained, quote "I think we've seen, even in just the last three months, is a very humble approach and one that recognizes that everything hasn't happened in the right way in the past."

Holt, who was hired by Kalanick, runs the U.S. and Canadian regions for Uber and has been a manager with the company since 2011.
