Today I'm gonna give you a few tips on how to get the most out of your basic store cupboard ingredients, or as Jamie would say pimping up your condiments.

These tips are really simple and will add some extra flavor to any dish.

First up, chilling oil.
首先是辣椒油。
add six tablespoons of olive oil to the saucepan, then finally sized one garlic clove and two red chillies.

add to the pan and warm through for five minutes, ensuring your garlic doesn't brown.
蒜和辣椒下锅，炒五分钟，确保蒜不要炒焦了。
add to a bowl, leave to cool slightly and your chili oil is ready to serve.
炒好之后倒入罐子里，等辣椒油晾凉之后就可以用了。
next up lemon salt graze the zest of three lemons into a baking tray.
接下来，三个柠檬，擦成细丝擦到烤盘里。
add 300 grams of flaky sea salt and a juice of warm lemon.
加入300g海盐片，再挤一个柠檬的柠檬汁。
mix everything together and then pop in the oven.
把所有的食材混合均匀，将烤盘放入烤箱。
to can into a sterilized jar.
烤好之后放入真空密封罐里。
next is a delicious chili pepper mix.
接下来是美味的辣椒胡椒调味粉。
add one quarter of a sheet of nori, a dried orange peel, four teaspoons of black pepper.
四分之一张海苔，一片干橙皮，四勺黑胡椒。
two teaspoons of black sesame seeds, two teaspoons of white sesame seeds, two teaspoons of chili flakes, and one teaspoon of ground ginger.
两勺黑芝麻，两勺白芝麻，两勺辣椒面，一勺生姜粉。
give everything a good mix together and store in sterilized jars.
把它们搅拌均匀，然后盛入密封罐。
and now for a super simple olive oil dressing, add six tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the sterilized jar, and then pour in three tablespoons of lemon juice.
接下来是超级简单的橄榄油酱汁。往密封罐中倒入六勺特级初榨橄榄油，三勺柠檬汁。
add in a tablespoon of honey, add pepper, and a pinch of sea salt.
再加入一勺蜂蜜，适量胡椒粉，一撮海盐。
give it a good shake and it's ready to serve.

and finally chili vinegar. sliced 2 fresh Long chilies lengthways, add to an empty bottle, add in two fresh bay leaves.
最后是辣椒醋。两个新鲜长辣椒对半切开，放入空瓶中，放入两片新鲜的香叶。
then pour 250 mils of red wine vinegar into the bottle, and your chili vinegar is ready to serve.
倒入250ml红酒醋，辣椒醋就准备好了。
