Hi guys I'm here filming a brand new series of Quick and Easy 5 Ingredient Food. We've got loads of amazing dishes this year.

I want to give you a nice little megamix, a sneak peek of some of the cooking! Enjoy. Spicy Nduja Vongole.

A souped-up spicy seafood delight for two. Delicious. I love this kind of cooking!

We've got a pan on boiling water. Salt that. We've got linguine.

Cook it about 1 minute less, then it says on the packet. Parsley. Just chop this up.

Now the clams, the vongole as they call them, any that don't close when you tap them you can throw them away.

So let's get cooking. Incredible nduja goes in. It's fast, it's furious, it smells incredible.

Then we're gonna go in with our clams, followed by just a little glass of rosé, and some for me.

Beautiful. Give it a shake. Go in with most of the parsley. Lid on top. Simply cook for 3 or 4 minutes.

Drain your pasta and that's gonna start cooking into all the juices coming out of the fantastic vongole.

蛤蜊意面Go make some. The easiest tastiest finger food you'll ever make. Sticky kickin chicken wings.

Asian-inspired with teriyaki, spring onions, chili, sesame seeds, brilliant combination.

So first up I'm gonna put a pan on.

Lovely sesame seeds into the pan, make them nice and crunchy and golden

and there's one rule you need to have a pan that snug-fitting for the amount of chicken wings that you're gonna do.

Go in with our lovely chicken wings. Just one minute on each side. Then we go in with the chili.

Shake it around. We're gonna break the frying with adding the kind of key flavour really, teriyaki.

We're gonna go in with just enough boiling water to cover the chicken and by the time it reduces to a glaze again and starts to fry again,

you know the meat's tender and delicious. So leave this for 35 to 40 minutes. Starting to caramelise a little bit.

My baked garlicky mushrooms. It's a classic! Real comfort food is a beautiful thing.

So first up we start with the mushroom itself.

Peel the skin, it makes the underside of the mushroom totally exposed for flavour.

Don't throw these away because they're also really really tasty.

Get yourself four cloves of garlic, fresh sage, mix cherry tomatoes, olive oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and red wine vinegar.

Dress it all up. Pick out 10 or 12 leaves of sage that have been dressed, and some nice little garlic slices.

When we put the cheese on later I'm gonna put these on top. Pop the mushrooms in.

This goes into an oven for just 10 minutes and now cheese! Melted cheese, come on. A nice cheddar.

Little slithers on the mushroom and then put a sage leaf and a piece of garlic on top.

I'm gonna whack it back in the oven now for another 15 minutes.
