Harry and Ron both made furious moves towards Malfoy, but Hermione got there first — SMACK!
哈利和罗愚两人都对马尔福做出愤怒的动作，但是赫敏比他们都快——啪！
She had slapped Malfoy around the face with all the strength she could muster.
她用尽全力打了马尔福一个耳光。
Malfoy staggered. Harry, Ron, Crabbe and Goyle stood flabbergasted as Hermione raised her hand again.
马尔福踉跄了两步。哈利、罗恩、克拉布和高尔都目瞪口呆了。这时，赫敏又扬起了手。
'Don't you dare call Hagrid pathetic, you foul — you evil —'
“你再敢说海格可怜，你这可恶的……你这邪恶的……”
'Hermione!' said Ron weakly, and he tried to grab her hand as she swung it back.
“赫敏！”罗恩软弱地说，试图抓住她的手，但她把手一甩。
'Get off, Ron!' Hermione pulled out her wand.
“放开我，罗恩！”赫敏抽出魔杖。
Malfoy stepped backwards. Crabbe and Goyle looked at him for instructions, thoroughly bewildered.
马尔福后退。克拉布和高尔看着马尔福，等候他的指令。这两人彻底地手足无措了。
'C'mon,' Malfoy muttered, and next moment, all three of them had disappeared into the passageway to the dungeons.
“撤。”马尔福咕哝道，这三个人马上就消失在通往城堡主楼的通道里了。
'Hermione!' Ron said again, sounding both stunned and impressed.
“赫敏！”罗恩既惊讶又感动地叫道。
'Harry, you'd better beat him in the Quidditch final!' Hermione said shrilly. 'You just better had, because I can't stand it if Slytherin win!'
“哈利，你最好在魁地奇决赛中打败他！”赫敏尖声说，“你最好这样，因为要是斯莱特林胜了，我会受不了的！”
'We're due in Charms,' said Ron, still goggling at Hermione. 'We'd better go.'
“我们该去上魔咒课了，”罗恩说，仍旧瞪着赫敏看，“我们走吧。”
They hurried up the marble staircase towards Professor Flitwick's classroom.
他们赶着上了大理石楼梯，到弗立维教授的教室里去。
'You're late, boys!' said Professor Flitwick reprovingly, as Harry opened the classroom door.
“你们迟到了，孩子们！”哈利推开了教室门，弗立维教授谴责地说。
'Come along, quickly, wands out, we're experimenting with Cheering Charms today. We've already divided into pairs —'
“快来，魔杖拿出来，我们今天要体验快乐咒浯的力量。我们已经分好两人一组——”
