He feels good. He has a nice apartment and he becomes an associate and he's ecstatic. He's happy,

In fact he has a driver by now. And he feels on top of the world.

He feels great for 3 months. And then the pressure returns.

Because he's only a junior partner. Can he make the senior partnership? Is it possible?
