Hi guys, my name is Buddy Oliver and today I'm going to show you how to make some super quick flatbreads.

The first thing you have to do is pour 100g of self-raising flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle, like this.
首先要把100克自发粉倒在一个碗里，然后弄成井的样子，像这样。
You add 4 tablespoons of yoghurt, make sure you have clean hands, and then give it a mix.
倒入4汤匙酸奶，确保双手是干净的，然后揉成面团。
You bring the flour and the yoghurt together to make a dough consistency.
让面粉和酸奶充分混合来做出一个坚实的面团。
So nice little dough, so now I'm going to have to wash my hands.

So this is my dough the great thing about it is you don't have to let it rest.

So it's ready to use now, so we flour the surface and now make sure it's everywhere,

and we're going to split it into two bits like that.

So we've halved these and now I'm going to roll them into flatbread shape.

So you can do them thick, thin and really however you like them, but I like mine kind of in between.

You can use a rolling pin, you don't really need a rolling pin but you can use one.

That's a simple flatbread, the pan is nice and hot, I'm gonna cook it.
超级简单的面饼就弄好啦，锅现在热了，我要烹饪了。
But remember when you're cooking something you should always have an adult around you.
但要记得，当你在烹饪时，你应该让一个大人在旁边看着。
You don't need any oil or butter, so drop it straight into the pan and it'll just cook.

So it will take 2 or 3 minutes to cook on each side, and they're going to start puffing up soon.

That's the cool bit about it.

So keep your eye on them and make sure they don't burn, you just want them a light brown colour, so flip them over.

So that's what you're looking for, quite hard on the outside and there's some brown bits on them.

Just flip it, I can't do this, maybe have a bit more on each side.

I'm such a bad camera person please don't hire me, look you can see how they all rised and puffed up.

Right these flatbreads are done, now we can plate them up.

So there you go, I'm gonna have a bit of butter in my one but you can also use chocolate spread, curry, loads of different fruits,

jams, honey, and lots of different things I can't think of, but yeah.

You can add a bit of olive oil. You need to add about two tablespoons, teaspoons right?

You add some hot water. You're probably thinking why is an oven in the middle of nowhere.

Because there's no sugar in this we're gonna add a bit more of sugar, not more sugar stupid.
