1、Henry老师好!请教一个问题 :请问0.4美元是读成zero point four dollars还是zero point four dollar？我看到0℃是说成zero degrees ，1℃是one degree 我想是不是只有数值是1时，它后面的名词才用单数 ，如果不是1，哪怕是零或零点几 后面的名词就用复数呢？但我拿不准，所以有此一问，非常感谢！

every time后面这个that我不太明白，通常every time后面就直接主谓了，整个句子的意思我也没太弄懂。
