In the evening, we checked into our hotel.

And since it was right next to the beach, I knew I couldn't end the day without doing one more thing and that was Suikawari,

which is a very common Japanese game played in the summertime.
这是夏天在日本玩的一种非常普通的游戏。
On the last day, I decided to go on a cycling tour around Mount Daisen, a very famous mountain in and outside of Tottori.
最后一天，我决定骑自行车游览鸟取县非常著名的大仙山。
Is that Mt Daisen?
这是大仙山吗？
Was cloudy so we couldn't see it.
多云，所以我们看不见。
We are going to downtown now.
我们现在要去市中心。
The guide found an acorn on the ground and decided to give us a talk about it.
导游在地上发现了一颗橡子，于是决定给我们讲讲。
Squirrel breaks the acorn in half to eat it.
松鼠把橡子掰成两半吃。
But mice dig into it to eat it.
而老鼠会挖进去吃。
How about humans?
那我们怎么吃？
Just crack it open with their hands.
用手把它弄开吃。
Civilization.
我们是文明人。
Mount Daisen was chosen as the third greatest summits in Japan, behind Mount Fuji and Mount Yarigatake in Gifu,
大仙山被选为日本第三大山峰，仅次于富士山和岐阜县的枪岳山。
so there are many neat places and things to do in and around Mount Daisen,
这附近有许多不错的地方和好玩的事情可做，
from traditional temples to beautiful scenery and nature.
可以参观传统的寺庙，也可以观赏美丽的风景和自然景色。
Also, don't forget to try the delicious ice cream at the Daisen farm.
还有，别忘了在大仙山农场尝尝美味的冰淇淋。
This place is one of Daisen Temple's inns.

We serve "sansai shojin ryori".
我们提供“精进料理”。
Shojin ryori is a special kind of vegetarian dish for buddhist monks.
精进料理是一种独特的佛教素食料理。
We don't use meat, fish, eggs or dairy products.
我们不使用肉、鱼、蛋或奶制品。
So it's mainly vegetables.
主要是蔬菜。
After lunch, have a stroll around the Daisen temple and learn about the culture and history behind this.
午餐后，在大仙山寺漫步，了解这里的文化和历史。
Another relaxing place to go is to the Tottori flower park where you can see beautiful flowers all year-round.
另一个放松的地方是鸟取县的花卉公园，那儿全年都能看到美丽的鲜花。
And lastly before I fly back to Tokyo, I had to try to Tottori's famous Tokachi Wagyu beef,

where all the cattles were raised in the natural environment of Mount Daisen.

It was very soft and very delicious, so I definitely recommend you to try it if you're in Tottori.
