Yeah... that's a no.

Someone who is "wishy-washy" doesn't show strong ideas or beliefs about something.
一个wishy-washy的人，指的就是对某件事没有表现出强烈的想法或信念。
They don't give clear answers. And they may go back and forth about a decision.
他们不会给出明确的答案。并给会对一个决定犹豫不决。
"Wishy-washy" is not exactly a good way to be described.
因此Wishy-washy不是一个很积极的形容词。
