Now, back to the video. Have you ever felt like someone didn't like you when they haven't even said anything to you?

Maybe it's the way they look at you or how they turn away from you.
也许是因为他们看你的眼神或者远离你的方式。
Whatever it is, their body language may be sending you a message that they don't want to say out loud.
不管是什么，他们的肢体语言可能在给你传递一个他们不想大声说出来的信息。
Without using any words, they may be trying to show you that they dislike you.
他们可能不使用任何语言来向你表明他们不喜欢你。
So here are seven signs someone may secretly hate you.
所以这里有7种迹象表明有人可能暗地里讨厌你。
Number one, their body language is not open.
第一，他们的肢体语言不开放。
Have you noticed the other person crossing their arms, leaning back, or just sitting really far away from you?
你是否注意到对方交叉双臂，向后倚靠，或者只是坐在离你很远的地方？
Open body language shows that someone likes you and wants to accept you.
开放的肢体语言表明有人喜欢你，想接受你。
Their body language physically shows that they're open to letting you into their lives.

So it may not be a good sign if they exhibit closed-off body language, such as by turning away from you or putting a lot of distance between the two of you.

Number two, they avoid eye contact with you.
第二，他们避免和你有眼神接触。
Do they constantly avoid looking at you? Eye contact is a way for people to get each other's attention and to start conversation.
他们总是避免看你吗？目光接触是人们吸引对方注意力并开始交谈的一种方式。
So they may be avoiding your gaze to avoid needing to talk to you and to show their dislike.
因此，他们可能会避开你的目光，以避免与你交谈，并表示他们的不喜欢。
It should be noted that some who are shy or socially awkward may also avoid eye contact due to anxiety, not because they hate you.
需要注意的是，有些害羞或不善社交的人可能也会因为焦虑而避免眼神接触，而不是因为他们讨厌你。
So look for other body language signs, along with this one, to determine what they really feel about you.

Number three, intense eye contact.

Does it feel like the other person is forcing themselves to maintain eye contact with you?
你有没有觉得对方在强迫自己与你保持眼神交流？
Sometimes they may know that avoiding eye contact would be too obvious to show their disinterest, and so they may overcompensate with too much eye contact instead.
有时他们可能知道避免眼神接触太明显了，不能表示他们不感兴趣，所以他们可能会用过多的眼神接触来弥补。
Their eye contact may feel unnatural, and they may nod along to what you say without paying any real attention.

Number four, their conversations with you seem fake.
第四，他们和你的对话听着很假。
Does the person seem to constantly nod along to whatever you have to say?

To avoid being seen as rude, they may try to fake being friendly with you.
为了避免被视为粗鲁，他们可能会试图假装对你友好。
While they may chuckle and nod along in your conversation, they may not actually be engaged in the conversation.
虽然他们可能会在你的谈话中窃笑和点头，但他们可能并没有真正参与谈话。
If their responses don't feel genuine and their body language seems closed off, then it may be a sign they're disinterested in you or what you have to say.

Number five, they don't mimic.
第五，他们不会模仿。
Instead, they reflect the opposite of your body language.

Did you know that mirroring and mimicking someone's actions is a subtle way that tells them you like them?
你知道吗，模仿别人的动作是一种很微妙的方式来告诉他们你喜欢他们。
This subconscious behavior is known in psychology as the chameleon-effect.
这种潜意识行为在心理学上被称为变色龙效应。
So if you notice the person you are talking to isn't mirroring you, and may even be acting the opposite of your body language, then it may mean that they're not engaged in the conversation and not interested in you.
所以如果你注意到和你说话的人没有模仿你，甚至可能和你的肢体语言相反，那么这可能意味着他们没有参与谈话，对你不感兴趣。
Number six, they are to-the-point and don't tend to talk further.
第六，他们直来直去，不愿谈得更远。
If they respond to your questions with short and cold statements or a simple yes or no, being curt and short with you may mean that they don't wanna continue the conversation with you.
如果他们对你的问题用简短而冷酷的陈述或简单的“是”或“不是”来回答，那么简短的回答可能意味着他们不想和你继续交谈。
Their avoidance to share or elaborate on their answers could also be a subtle way of telling you that they dislike you, don't trust you, or don't want to continue talking to you.
他们避免分享或详细说明他们的答案，也可能是在微妙地告诉你，他们不喜欢你，不信任你，或不想和你继续交谈。
And number seven, they don't get in touch or stay in touch.
第七，他们不联系或者一直保持联系。
Do they always cancel on your plans or never reach out to you?
他们是否总是取消你的计划或从不联系你？
If someone is not making an effort to talk to you, text you, call you, or hang out with you, they probably don't value you as a friend.
如果有人不努力和你说话，不给你发短信，不给你打电话，或者不和你一起出去玩，他们可能就不把你当朋友。
They may even dislike you if they never follow up on any plans you've discussed or have ignored your efforts to reconnect.
如果他们从不跟进你讨论过的任何计划，或者忽视你与他们重新建立联系的努力，那么他们可能不喜欢你。
