In this message, apart from the horrific scenes of war that he described and showed through footage,

"South Korea can help Ukraine. Many military items that could help us defend against Russian tanks, missiles, or ships are in South Korea.

Please help us fight against the Russians.

This message also came just hours after the Defense Ministry said Minister Seo Wook rejected Ukraine's request last week for air defense weapon systems,
