Female Graduate Deletes 90% of Classmates' Contacts, Faces Criticism and Insults

Would you delete the contacts of classmates you rarely keep in touch with? Recently in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, a female college graduate claimed that after deleting 90% of her classmates, teachers, and friends, she faced insults from some individuals who added her back.

She expressed that her future interactions with these people would be almost nonexistent, and keeping them as contacts serves no real purpose. Their relationship was purely superficial, so she decided to keep only two close friends and privately messaged them on WeChat before deleting the rest: "Farewell, let's politely remove each other, and best wishes."

However, she later found out that some of the deleted classmates had called her "mentally ill." Moreover, some individuals directly left insulting messages during the friend verification process. Currently, she feels conflicted as she has to go back for graduation photos in a few days. She is unsure whether or not she should attend.
