According to reports, Jay Chou's Shanghai concert is set to kick off from the 12th to the 15th of this month, with a four-day consecutive run. However, despite the high demand with scalped tickets going for over ten thousand yuan, there have been reports of scalpers collectively refunding tickets. One scalper explained that the event organizers are not honoring the originally promised ticket allocations, which has led to these mass refunds.

Jay Chou's 2023 "Carnival" World Tour Shanghai stop is scheduled for October 12th to the 15th, with ticket presales starting on September 12th at 6 p.m. A total of over 110,000 tickets were made available for Jay Chou's Shanghai concert, yet many fans have still found it challenging to secure tickets.
