To protect the historical buildings and improve the experience of visitors, the Palace Museum adjusted the reservation rule.

"We found about 50% of visitors who booked the afternoon period would enter in the morning.

Starting November 1, those with a morning reservation will not be allowed to enter if they come after 12:00 P.M.

Refunds are available before 8:00 P.M. for those who miss their time slot.
