A mom in Florida was shot and killed by her 14-year-old brother,

as he argued with their 15-year-old brother over who got the most Christmas gifts.

They were at their grandmother's house near Tampa on Christmas Eve when it happened.

23-year-old Abrielle Baldwin was holding her 11-month-old baby at the time.

Her other brother then shot the first brother. He's hospitalized in stable condition.

Investigators say both the guns used were stolen out of unlocked cars.

The sheriff says the 14-year-old has had other run-ins with the law.
