In the face of disasters brought about by floods in the east and south, people are standing together to get through the tough times.
Heavy rain in Xuancheng in east China's Anhui province is threatening multiple embankments. More than 3,000 people have been evacuated to Xuanzhou district's largest school.
Over 300 volunteers have been helping transfer the victims and distribute food and supplies. Some local residents even brought homemade treats.

The local government says it's no longer safe for Du's family to live there and has promised to relocate them to a safer place.
