Mr Joyce's wife has released a statement after an article was published revealing Mr joyce and his former media adviser are expecting a baby. Mrs Joyce says news her husband started an affair with a paid employee many months ago is devastating.
A man has died in inner Sydney after falling from a balcony as police were trying to arrest him. 31 year old Patrick Fisher was wanted on outstanding warrants for stealing and assault. Neighbours and relatives say Mr Fisher slipped and fell from the 13th floor balcony as he tried to climb down to another unit.
Aftershocks continue to rattle Taiwan after a strong earthquake killed at least four people and injured more than 200. Dozens of people are still missing with most believed to be trapped in buildings that partially collapsed when the quake struck in the middle of the night. The earthquake measured six point four and happened near the small city of Hualien.
And SpaceX has launched its biggest-ever rocket on its way past Mars. The company's owner Elon Musk hopes the Falcon Heavy rocket will achieve an orbit around the sun, and pass by Mars within six-months.
