The death toll from the chemical plant explosion has risen to 78 in china's eastern city of Yancheng after 14 new bodies were found. Classes have started to resume four days after the accident. Local authorities say the air quality now meets the national standard for schools to reopen. They also say the government has invested over 4 million yuan for school repairs. Over 100 students are suffered minor injuries from broken glass during the explosion.
