The inquest into the London Bridge terror attack has heard heartbreaking details of the last moments of Australian Sara Zelanak. The court was told the 21-year old au pair, along with a man who came to her assistance — were stabbed to death. They were among eight people killed in the attack at London Bridge and nearby Borough market two years ago.
On Wall Street the Dow Jones have tumbled by more than 600 points, after China announced it will impose tariffs of its own from the start of next month on 60 billion dollars of imports from the US. The move is in retaliation for president Donald Trump's decision to hike tariffs on 200 billion dollars worth of Chinese goods.
And one of Hollywood's biggest stars of the 1950's and 60's — Doris Day — has died at the age of 97. The star of Calamity Jane and Pillow Talk shared the screen with superstars such as Rock Hudson, Cary Grant and Frank Sinatra cultivating a girl-next-door image.
