Russia says it has intercepted American and Swedish spy Jets over the Baltic Sea. A statement by Russia's Defense Ministry said one of its Su-27 fighter jets on Monday detected two air targets approaching its border over the neutral waters of the Baltic Sea. That's where the Western military alliance NATO is holding naval drills. The Russian fighters scrambled to intercept the targets identified as two reconnaissance jets. Moscow said both were escorted to prevent the violation of Russia's state border.
