British Prime Minister Boris Johnson says there won't be any Brexit a breakthrough during talks with other European leaders this week during the UN General Assembly in New York. The prime minister said that significant progress concerning Brexit had been made since he took office in July. Johnson said that's because European Union leaders have acknowledged that the withdraw agreement reached with former prime minister Theresa May needs to be changed. However Johnson's acknowledged that this new world gaps difficulties to his resolve. The major difference lies in the Irish border a backstop Johnson once removed while the EU insists on keeping the provision.
