Hello, I'm Moira Alderson with the BBC News.

After months of negotiations, President Joe Biden has signed into law a bipartisan trillion-dollar infrastructure bill.

In remarks at a ceremony at the White House before the signing, Mr Biden said that America was moving again and his message to the American people was that their lives were going to change for the better.

I promised that we couldn't just build back to what it was before.

We literally had to build back better.

You couldn't build back -- we're the only country that's always come out of great crises stronger than when we went in.

The support of some Republicans was crucial in pushing the legislation through a divided Congress.

The law includes funding for roads, railways, ports, electric vehicles, and broadband connections.

It sended weeks of wrangling between the moderate and progressive wings of the Democratic Party.

Steve Bannon was polite during his short appearance before a federal judge, agreeing to pretrial conditions that include surrendering his passport and keeping the court notified of his whereabouts.

In a subsequent appearance outside the courthouse, however, he was bombastic promising to go on the attack against his political enemies.

Mr Bannon's formal arraignment will take place on Thursday at which point a trial date could be set.

But sources close to the inquiry confirmed to the BBC that it's the final version.

The panel of inquiry made up of legal professionals and activists found evidence the soldiers shot and killed unarmed protesters on the night of 20 October.

The report lists the names of 48 casualties, 11 of which are dead and 4 of which are missing presumed dead.

The panel says that after the army retreated, police officers continued the violence and tried to clean up the scene by removing bullets.
