Prosecutors expected to file charges today against the man police say attacked house speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul, with a hammer at their home on Friday.

And police say this man, 42-year-old David Depape, broke into the couple's home and reportedly shouted “Where's Nancy? Where's Nancy?”
