A Russian missile attack Saturday killed at least seven people, including a six-year-old child, and injured 129 in a central square of the historic northern Ukrainian city of Chernihiv, about 400, ah 145 kilometers north of Kyiv.[qh]

A delegation from West Africa's main regional bloc ECOWAS met Niger's ousted President Mohamed Bazoum Saturday and held talks with junta leader Abdourahmane Tiani in the capital Niamey.[qh]
