亲爱的史密斯，
I was so pleased to hear from you and I'm writing to tell you something about my school.You are right,quite few changes have taken place. On the one side of the road,there is a new classroom building.On the other side where a playground used to be now stands another new building,our library.In it there are all kinds of books,newspapers and magazines.The playground is now in front of the school.We've also planted a lot of trees in and around the school.I hope you come and see for yourself some day.
非常高兴收到你的回信，我写信是想告诉你关于我学校的事情。你是对的，我们学校发生了一些改变。在马路的一边，有一栋新的教学楼。另一侧以前是一个运动场，而现在变成了图书馆。里面有各种书籍、报纸、杂志。如今的运动场在学校的前面。我们还在学校的周围种了许多树。我希望你能够亲自来到学校。
