Customer: Urm, yesterday, I bought this item here but I realised it's the wrong size for my baby.

I was looking for 90cm but I couldn't find one in the same colour.

Urm, if you've got this 90cm one in the same colour. I'd like that instead, please. Could you possibly look for me?

SA: Sure, just a moment, please.

SA: Sorry to keep you waiting. You're right, I couldn't find one in 90cm in this colour.
