　　I'd like to talk about my roommate's parent.
　　I was told they've been married for almost 30 years, but they are still as sweet as those newly-weds.
　　Her father is the breadwinner, and her mom is a homemaker who takes care of everything at home, but it's always her mom who has the final say on the big decisions like buying a house or a car.
　　And the three of them would video chat about 3 times a week. At first, her parents would listen to her talking about what's going on at school, but after a few minutes, her parents would totally ignore her and start to chat with each other, just like she's not there. 　　Oh, I almost forgot, they would take several trips a year, at home and abroad. For them, it's like having honeymoons every year, of course, without my roommate who otherwise would be the third wheel.
　　And I'm sure we don't call her mom a homemaker for no reason. She's like a superwoman, I mean, she's quite versatile. For starters, she's good with her hands, she always makes scarf and sweaters for her husband. And also, she's an excellent cook, what she makes is out of this world. People say, the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, I guess they are right.
