战犯简介：

据中井久二1954年8月—11月笔供，他1897年出生，日本鸟取县人，1936年后，先后任伪满洲国锦州地方法院审判官、司法矫正总局局长等职。

According to the written confession of Kuji Nakai from August to November 1954, he was born in Tottori, Japan in 1897. After 1936, he served successively as judge of Jinzhou Local Court and director of Judiciary Correction Bureau of the "Manchukuo".

主要罪行：

1938年—1944年止，“于监狱里所死亡的已决犯及未决犯总数如下：1938年约有6000名，1939年约有8000名，1940年约有11000名，1941年约有14000名，1942年约有16000名，1943年约有18000名，1944年20000名，每年出入（关押和释放）监狱的犯人总数是20万人，（估计）死亡率达为上述总数的30‰到100‰。”

1939年5月，“为了设立慰安士兵的妓院，而以3万元建筑一所房子（约200平方公尺），把这房子借予出去，援助了日本帝国主义军队” 。

1941年7月17日—1945年8月15日，“奉天第一监狱应伪满洲国奉天医科大学的要求，以提供给解剖学上的研究资料为名义，把在监狱内死亡而没有人取的数百名收容者的尸体送交该大学，供其解剖 ”。

May 1939:"in order to build a military brothel to comfort the soldiers, spent 30,000 yuan in constructing a house (about 200 square meters). I rent out this house to aid the Japanese Imperialist Army";

From 17 July 1941 to 15 August 1945: "at the request of Mukden Medical University of the "Manchukuo", in the name of providing research materials for anatomy, the No. 1 Prison of Mukden gave hundreds of dead bodies, which had died in prison and not been claimed, to the university for anatomy".
