《春宫怨》是唐末诗人杜荀鹤创作的代宫女抒怨的代言诗，载于《全唐诗》卷六百九十一。此诗含有自叹无人赏识之意。首联写因貌美而入宫，受尽孤寂，不愿梳妆；颔联写取宠不在容貌，因而不必妆扮了；颈联写景，春风骀荡，风和日丽，鸟语花香，借以烘托春心受残，寂寞空虚的情感；末联写往日之悲苦，更露其怨情。其中“风暖鸟声碎，日高花影重”两句是历来为人所推崇的名句。
