Cathy: Hi. I’m here to see Ms. Matthews.

Receptionist: Do you have an appointment?

Cathy: No, I don’t.

Receptionist: Whom should I say is here?

Cathy: My name is Cathy Bates. I spoke with her about a week ago and she told me to just stop by when I was in the neighborhood. I am dropping off some paperwork for her.
