No way out: 走投无路；没有其他办法了；没有出路。

有时候，除了...就别无办法了。

【Example 1】Sometimes there is no way out except to work hard.

有时候，除了努力工作，别无选择。

【Example 2】Sometimes there is no way out except to say goodbye.

有时候，除了说再见，别无选择了。

【Extended Study 1】There is no way out.

我还能有什么办法呢；没有其他办法了。

【Extended Study 2】It seems as if there is no way out.

看样子是没有别的办法了。
