话题11 更改或取消航班

我们在旅行前往往会因天气原因、行程安排变动等需要临时更改航班，甚至取消航班。像预订机票一样，更改或取消航班可以直接打电话或通过网络，或者去订票处。但是要求退票往往要缴纳一定的手续费。
