Kevin：Hi, may I speak to Tara?

Tara: This is Tara. Who is calling?

Kevin: This is Mr. Bonds secretary. I'm calling because he would like to extend you a job offer.

Tara: Really? That's wonderful.

Kevin: There are some new hire forms that we need you to fill out, as well as a new hire seminar session to attend. It's mandatory for all new employees.

Tara: Sure, you can fax the forms to me at your convenience. When is the new hire seminar?

Kevin: We have two options, the first Saturday or third Saturday of each month. You won't be able to begin work until you have completed the training session.
