Mary: I found those documents. I had filed them, but the system wasn't very good, so I've now changed it.

Mary: They were filed alphabetically according to the clients family name, which is good, and makes sense. Only quite often the names on the files are written the other way, with the forenames first. That means even if they are filed in the right place, when you're looking for them, you can't see them.
玛丽：文件是根据客户姓氏的字母顺序归档的，这没什么问题，也有一定的道理，只不过很多时候档案里的名字并非这样记录的，都是名在前。这就意味着即便你放对了位置，但要找它们的时候，仍找不到。
Oliver: So what have you done?

Mary: I've filed them under the date the client filed the case. The dates are available on the computers, so a simple search will show where the paper files are.
