I can say that I'm pretty good at persuading people. I usually spend 70% of my time listening. Apart from that, I ask questions with the goal of completely understanding the other party's point-of-view, then I try to have a conversation in which I'm a vulnerable person who is trying to persuade, not a warrior who is trying to win.
