Laowan:Hello, Xiaohua. We are first cousins once removed. I'm helping my son finish odd assignment, counting 10,000 grains of rice. Do you have any good methods to solve the math problem?

老万:小华,你好。我们是隔代远亲。我在帮儿子完成一项奇怪的作业:数一万粒米。你有什么解决这道数学题的好方法吗?

Xiaohua:Hey, Laowan. Long time no see. So, how did you solve the problem?

小华:你好,老万。好久不见。你都怎么解题?

Laowan:I mobilised the whole family to help out.

老万:我动员了全家人来数米粒。

Xiaohua:How many family members did you mobilise?

小华:动员了多少人?

Laowan:Let me count! Almost 20 persons!

老万:我数下。差不多20个人。

Xiaohua:Laowan, my boyfriend wanted to ask you a question first, "Are you promoting the local brand of rice through the video because the video went viral online. Everybody knows Yi Chun 's choice rice. "

小华:老万,我男朋友想问你个问题,“视频很火,你是在给你们宜春大米做宣传吗?每个人都知道宜春优质大米了。”

Laowan:Are you kidding me? I was stumped by this unexpected question.

老万:你在开玩笑吗?这道奇葩题把我难倒了。

Xiaohua:Listen! Laowan, all you need is a kitchen scale. Why not measure the weight of 100 grains of rice and then multiply that by 100 times to get the right weight of 10,000 grains?

小华:老万,这样,你只需要一个厨房秤。为什么不测量100粒米的重量,然后乘以100倍,得到10000粒米的正确重量呢?

Xiaohua's Boyfriend:“There is a simple solution; bring a bag of rice to the school and tell the teacher, ‘There are 10,000 pieces of rice here. If you don’t believe it, count it.’

小华男友:还有个简单方法:带一袋米到学校,告诉老师:”这里有一万粒米。如果你不信,你自己数!?”
