Winter Sports have become something new that is taking China by storm in the last few years. Skiing and snowboarding have become extremely popular. These are sports that few in China can take part in as it is costly and most of the Chinese population lives in places where there is little snow. Despite this, development has given many people more disposable income which has given birth to these new sports. There are dangers in snow sports, however, which must be taken notice of before one pursues the sport. Knowledge will allow one to pursue the sport in safety. The first item that must be taken care of is the location and intensity of the mountain you wish to use. Every skiing area has a danger rating. You must pay attention to these so that you cam avoid hazards. The second item is that you must be in good shape for all this exercise. Diets are essential to keeping your health up and if you haven’t seen a doctor for a checkup in a while, please do. The third item is that you must have the appropriate outfit and equipment. Also, never try to ski alone, so bring a companion. In the advent of an accident, you must try to keep warm and wait for rescue. If you are careful, you can have an enjoyable time in the snow.

现在完成时
现在完成时表示过去发生或一直持续到现在的动作或状态，其结果和现在有联系，也就是动作或状态发生在过去但它的影响现在仍然存在，常用have / has +过去分词来表示。
例如：
I have lost my wallet. 我丢了钱包。
He has returned from abroad. 他从国外回来了。
1． 现在完成时可以用来表示发生在过去某一时刻并持续到现在的情况，常与for, since 连用
She has been ill for three days. 她病了三天了。
I have lived here since 1998. 我从1998年就住在这里。
2．现在完成时可与表示不确定的过去时间状语连用，如 already, yet, just, before, recently, lately等
He has already obtained a scholarship. 他已经得到了奖学金。
I haven’t seen much of him recently/ lately. 我最近没怎么见到他。
We have seen that film before. 我们以前看过那部电影。
2． 现在完成时可与表示频度的时间状语连用，如 often, sometimes, ever, never, twice, on several occasion 等
Have you ever been to Beijing? 你曾经去过北京吗？
