Then Goldilocks went upstairs to
see the bedroom.
She saw the bear's beds.
"How nice!"she thought.
She lay down on Father Bear's bed.
She didn't like it because it was too hard.
Then she lay down on Mother Bear's bed.
She didn't like it because it was too soft.
Then she lay down on Baby Bear's bed.
It was very comfortable.
In fact, it was so comfortable
that Goldilocks fell asleep!

Goldilocks was still sleeping in Baby Bear's
bed when the three bears returned
from their walk.
They went into the kitchen to
have their breakfast.
An unpleasant surprise was waiting for them.
"Look.Somebody has been eating my porridge!"
said Father Bear.
"Look.Somebody has been eating my porridge,too"
said Mother Bear.
"And look.Somebody has been eating my porridge"
said Baby Bear,
"And has finished it all!"
Now the three bears knew
that someone had come into their house.
They went into the living room,
where another surprise was waiting for them.
"Look,Somebody has been sitting on my chair!"
said Father Bear.
"Look,Somebody has been sitting on my chair,
too!"said Mother Bear.
"And look. Somebody has been sitting
on my chair,"said Baby Bear,
"And has broken it!"
